November Fall Force Episode 4 of 4

Welcome to Week 4 of November Fall Force!

Free Will vs Victim Story

Our final week of the Fall Force Challenge is all about Free Will. Are you choosing life or is life happening to you?

I love and hate this topic all at the same time. Why? Because my mama taught me not to make excuses. That means I was taught that life doesn’t just happen to you. You actually choose.

But not everyone is that lucky to have a mama who is that wise. This is also where the frustration comes in. So instead of being annoyed, how can we help you change your perspective? How can we help you find joy?

Stay tuned this week as we talk through different opportunities to choose between being the driver or being driven.

JOURNAL PROMPT – when you feel like the odds are stacked against you, stop and write down each reason you aren’t being successful. Follow each statement with a way to approach it differently.

THIS WEEK’S ACTIVITY: What story do you need to let go of in order to live your life to the fullest? Write it down, ball it up, and burn it! Let go of that limiting belief!

Why wait for New Year’s to create momentum for your future? Many New Year’s Resolutions fall short because they’re built on an unstable foundation. Learn to make space for change with us! @findyourroadhome and @synergylabtexas are collaborating to show you how to create momentum in November, have a BLAST in December, and then join us in January for a Road Trip to Change Your Life and Food and Fitness with Terri.

November Fall Force Episode 3 of 4

Welcome to Week 3 of November Fall Force!

Who’s energy is this? Also known as the “The Shit Sandwich” Scenario:

We are all empaths. We pick up on other people’s energy. Think of a time when you just “had a gut feeling that something was off” or looking at a picture that “says a thousand words” or hearing a song that evokes emotion from you…those emotions emit energy. We are consuming that energy from To paraphrase Esther Hicks in her book, Ask and it is Given, when you’re feeling a negative emotion it means that you’re out of touch with your higher self. It generally means that you are allowing a situation or a person to calibrate how you feel at this particular moment. Terri likes to call this the “Who’s shit sandwich is this?” Scenario. Pardon the disgusting expression, but it is meant to shock you.  We invite you to pause this week and take note of any time that you’re not feeling up to par and ask yourself that question. Sometimes the answer is “It’s mine…I have something to own, something to process.” The answer could also be: “HEY! Wait a minute….this isn’t mine!?! No thank you, this is YOURS. I refuse to give my power away to this situation/scenario/person. Thank you, but no thank you.”

JOURNAL PROMPT – Any time that you just don’t feel normal, ask yourself, “who’s shit sandwich is this” and free write in your journal.

THIS WEEK’S ACTIVITY: If you are feeling a negative emotion, remove yourself from the situation. Then ask yourself the question, “who’s shit sandwich is this?”

What is a Road Trip?

Over the last few months, many of us have become reliant upon Find Your Road Home’s 3-Card Reading. It’s okay to admit it, I feel exactly the same way. My day isn’t complete until I’ve heard those three 4-letter words.

In addition to the 3-Card Reading, there is a Road Trip Reading. Road Trip Readings help when we find ourselves beginning new adventures. Road Trips provide choices, possible consequences of choices, and the ability to look a few steps forward and backward.

The beauty of a Road Trip Reading relies on all of the features of the Turn Signal Oracle Deck combined with the meaning of the 4-letter word. Let’s take a closer look!

Road Types

Highway

Buckle up because this is going to move fast.

Tollroad

There is a cost associated with this one, and it will also be fast.

Waterway

Go with the flow.

Dirt road

Take your time and enjoy the experience.

Timing

↑ Look to the future.

↓ Look to the past

↕ Look to the past, present, and future.

↔ A change is needed

Elements

(FIRE) action is required or coming. You will be more social, and much more inspired. Everything has a positive spin.

(WATER) emotions and relationships. Everything is meant with positive intent, even if there’s some negative connotation.

(AIR) opportunity to shine if you can leave your head. You’ve been making brilliant plans that need to be shared and clarified.

(EARTH) growth and grounding. Are your expectations even realistic?

Traffic Lights

GO: Keep moving forward and take action accordingly.

YIELD: Slow down a bit. It is time to think and probably to make a turn. Be careful, the only options are never just right or left.

STOP: Stop immediately. You are doing something that is impacting you or others and immediate redirection is needed.

Welcome to Week 2 of November Fall Force!

Are you feeling safe enough to step out of your comfort zone?

I double-dog dare ya!…. Finding a way to be curious and giving yourself permission to step out of that comfort zone helps build “muscle.” Each time you flex that muscle again, it gets stronger and your zone expands. With practice, eventually, your boundaries diminish and you don’t worry about your comfort zone anymore. You just enjoy.

JOURNAL PROMPT-Journal about a time that you did something outside of your comfort zone and grew from that.

THIS WEEK’S ACTIVITY: Do something outside of your comfort zone. Post it on Instagram and tag @synergylabtexas and @findyourroadhome for a chance to win a set of Krystal’s Oracle Cards or a set of gliders from Terri.

November Fall Force Episode 1 of 4

Welcome to Week 1 of November Fall Force, where we will create momentum through the holidays to have you READY for 2023.

Week 1 is all about LETTING GO – Letting go makes room for something new; new energy, outlooks, body, and mindset…What no longer serves you?

THIS WEEK’S JOURNAL PROMPT: Name a habit, food, or something that you could quit or let go of for at least a month in order to feel happier, lighter, or freer.

THIS WEEK’S ACTIVITY: Clear clutter: set a timer for 5 minutes and clear out a drawer, or cabinet, or go through a closet. Notice how great it feels to open that drawer/cabinet/closet and see order.
